Our Promise

At HangEasy we stand behind every single order. If something goes wrong we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority and we are committed to making your shopping experience as smooth and stress free as possible.


Refunds & Replacements

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective we will offer you a full refund or free replacement immediately. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@shophangeasy.com with a clear photo or short video showing the issue and we will resolve it same day.

Wrong or Missing Items If you receive the wrong product or your order arrives with missing items we will send you the correct replacement or issue a full refund right away. Just send us a photo of what you received and we will fix it immediately.

Order Never Arrived If your order has not arrived within 45 days of your order date please contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.


Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 7 days of receiving it under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Please contact us before sending anything back to receive return instructions

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Only the original product cost will be refunded. Shipping fees are non refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation contact us immediately at hello@shophangeasy.com with your order number.


What We Cannot Refund

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Items returned after 7 days with no quality issues
  • Items that show signs of use damage or misuse
  • Orders where tracking confirms successful delivery but customer claims non receipt without official documentation
  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse of the product
  • Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect product function

Shipping Delays

International shipping can occasionally experience delays outside of our control. If your order is taking longer than expected please allow the full 15 business day delivery window before contacting us. If your order has not arrived after 45 days we will take full responsibility and resolve the issue for you.
