Overview
At HangEasy we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During our launch week and peak periods processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched estimated delivery times to the United States are 7-15 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays or events outside of our control.

Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $25.00 or more at checkout. No discount code required.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status at any time. Please allow 2-3 business days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update in the system.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future. Stay tuned for updates.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 45 days of your order date please contact us immediately at hello@shophangeasy.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package and provide a resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. HangEasy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address please contact us immediately at hello@shophangeasy.com and we will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@shophangeasy.com with a photo or video of the damage and we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Customs and Import Duties
HangEasy ships from overseas. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes that may be applied. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in our product or shipping prices. HangEasy is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
